Short Sale Savior Earns Industry Certifications

The Real Estate industry is rapidly changing and an ever increasing amount of transactions are short sales or REO / Bank Owned properties. Since much of my business is focused on short sales and otherwise distressed property I thought it was a good idea to take some additional courses.

As of today I have successfully completed online courses and received the following certifictions:
* Equator Platinum Agent Certification
* Equator REO Agent Certification
* Equator Short Sale Agent Certification

Equator is the online system that is used by Bank of America and other lenders to process short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties.
